The first edition of the Villarreal Masters Cup brought together young football players, clubs, and fans of the game, creating two days filled with energy, passion, and true sporting spirit.
On May 13 and 14, the Lokomotiva pitch became the center of youth football, where our academy teams and clubs from across the country took part in an event that offered much more than competition.

The first edition of the Villarreal Masters Cup featured participation from FK Aerodrom, FK Madjari Solidarnost, FK Vardar, FK Kumanovo Eurosport, FS Gligorov Skopje, FK Železara, FK Sport EFE, FK Forca, FK Rabotnički, FK Partizan Jug Brvenica, and FK SSK Nova, together with the teams of Villarreal Masters Academy clubs that, through play, respect, and friendship, created a truly authentic football atmosphere.
Football That Unites
The tournament brought clubs together in an atmosphere of friendship, respect, and fair play, where all participants, players, coaches, and parents contributed to a positive and inspiring experience.
Full stands, strong support, and great energy from the parents gave young players additional motivation to give their best and enjoy every moment on the pitch.
A European Spirit on the Pitch
This edition gained special significance with the presence of Nano Márquez, a coach from Villarreal CF, who followed the players’ performances during his visit and was part of the overall tournament atmosphere.
His presence brought a European perspective and inspiration, further highlighting the importance of events like this for the development of youth football.
