Last week, we had the honor of hosting Nano Márquez, a coach from Villarreal CF and a member of the club’s International Department. His visit brought new energy to the pitch, a direct experience of the European football approach, and an atmosphere that could truly be felt.

Training That Makes a Difference
During the several days of work, the children had the opportunity to train with Nano, focus on details, and experience a different approach to the game with clear guidance, focus, and intensity that encouraged them to give their best.
Each training session was a step forward in understanding the game, in building confidence, and in the desire to improve.

Development for the Coaches as Well
The visit was not only valuable for the children. Our coaches held regular consultation sessions with Nano, where key topics such as methodology, approach, and the development of young players were discussed.
This exchange of knowledge and experience is what makes the difference in the long run, when coaches grow, children grow as well.

More Than a Visit
This was not just a visit. It was an experience that leaves a lasting impact.
A week filled with training sessions, discussions, learning, and moments that will remain an important part of our academy’s journey.

Looking Ahead
Nano’s visit is yet another confirmation of the direction we are moving in continuous development, a direct connection with Villarreal CF, and the creation of real opportunities for young players.
