In the section “Мy Football Journey”, we introduce our young future football stars: Aleksej and Oleg Gjorgovski.
When did you start training football?
• We first started training football in first grade, at the age of six, in the school gym. That’s where we began practicing ball control and passing drills.
Why do you love football?
• Football is our favorite hobby. From a very young age, at around four years old, the ball became our main activity, and famous football players became our idols. We constantly watched matches of our favorite teams together with our father and collected sticker albums, through which we learned about different clubs and players. Football is fun, we play together with our friends, and we feel happiest when we score goals and when our team wins.
Have you trained at another club?
• In first grade, we trained for one year at our school with our coach Viktor.
What do you like most about Villarreal Masters Academy?
• Training sessions at Villarreal Masters Academy are fun, and our coaches Bojan and Stefan give us great exercises for ball control and shooting, which help us become better players. We enjoy spending time with the other children in the academy, and we take part in interesting matches. The coaches always encourage us to score more goals and achieve more wins.
Who is your favorite football player?
• Aleksej: My favorite football player is Hugo Ekitike from Liverpool FC.
• Oleg: My favorite football player is Lamine Yamal from FC Barcelona.

Your favorite football moment so far?
• Aleksej: My favorite football moment was when I scored my first goal in a match. Everyone from the team came to celebrate with me, the coach was proud, and I felt like a hero on the pitch.
• Oleg: My favorite moment since I started playing football was during a friendly match against the club where my best school friends train, when I scored two goals. I felt very happy and proud, and at the same time I could hear my mother cheering for me from the stands.

What is your football dream?
• Our football dream is to become well‑known football players at Villarreal FC, live in Spain, play in a big stadium in front of a large crowd, be an important part of the team, score many goals, and win trophies with the club.
