A football coach with five years of experience working with children aged 6 to 15. He holds a degree in football coaching from the Faculty of Physical Education and is a UEFA B License holder.
He has participated in numerous international tournaments and educational seminars, as well as training camps organized by Red Star Belgrade and FC Barcelona in Skopje. During his coaching career, he has won first place in the FFM Youth League three times, working with two different age groups.
A former professional football player with appearances in the youth national teams, possessing a strong understanding of the game and the development of young talents. As a coach with two years of experience and a UEFA C License holder, he actively works on both the individual and team development of young players.
He is currently dedicated to the development of the generations, with a strong focus on building proper habits, technical foundations, and fostering a genuine love for football.
Igor has a rich playing career with several domestic clubs, including FK Makedonija Gjorče Petrov, FK Rabotnički, FK Metalurg, and FK Vardar. He has been a licensed goalkeeper coach for over ten years, with experience working across all age groups from the youngest youth categories to professional goalkeepers.
Throughout his coaching career, Igor has also gained significant experience working with the youth national teams of Macedonia.
Igor is the official goalkeeper coach at Villarreal Masters Academy, where he actively contributes to the development of young goalkeepers through modern, professional training principles.
Bojan is a UEFA-licensed coach with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing young players across several clubs.
His coaching approach focuses on technical skill development, as well as building character and strong sporting values. He works in a supportive and high‑energy environment, aiming to help children grow and progress both as football players and as individuals — on and off the pitch.
