The 2017 and 2018 generations of Villarreal Masters Academy played their first friendly matches against the teams of Rabotnički, in an atmosphere filled with sportsmanship, respect, and genuine joy.

These matches marked an important step in the development of our youngest players – an opportunity to apply what they have learned in training, experience a match environment, and most importantly, learn the true meaning of fair play, teamwork, and mutual support.

The result was secondary. The focus was on smiles, enthusiasm, and building healthy sporting habits and culture from an early age. Friendly matches like these lay the foundation not only for developing good footballers, but also for shaping young individuals who respect the values of sport.
